The Board of Directors of "Al Hasan Holdings" Group has announced the appointment of Mr. Mahmood Al Hasan as the Managing Director of the Group, and Mr. Abdulmajeed Al Hasan as the new CEO of "Optica" and Mr. Ammar Al Hasan as Deputy CEO, in the leading Bahraini company.
As part of the Group's mission for more than fifty years to hand over the responsibility to the new generation and to continue working with confidence and transfer their ability to achieve broader horizons for development and growth.
The Managing Director of "Al Hasan Holdings", Mr. Mahmood Al Hasan has expressed his sincere gratitude for the mutual trust of the Chairman and the Board of Directors for this appointment, emphasizing his intentions to carry out his duties in supervising the strategic activities of the group in accordance to the aspirations and objectives of the Board of Directors.
